Welcome to the Smartvisit Solutions online data system. This system has been created to assist you in your Smartvisit Solutions administration.

To access your programs, please type in your unique login name and password assigned to you by Smartvisit Solutions. The use of this system is bound by the terms agreed upon application.

To find out more details about your account information, click the help button [?] on the right box.

The login screen is an entry point for all users to log into SORSE. A login name and password is required to obtain entry into SORSE. All fields are mandatory in this screen.


Login Name:
A login name is allocated to each individual using the system and identifies different user access rights within the system (please note that not all functions or screens may be available based on user rights). The login name is case sensitive.

Password
An initial password is provided to each user to log into the system. The password should consist of 6 to 16 alpha numeric characters, and cannot be the same as the login name. Once a user has logged into the system for the first time, the user will be asked to change their password for security reasons. The password is case sensitive.

Forgot Password
This function enables users to independently retrieve their passwords in case they forgot their password. Enter in the login name and the registered email address and click "Submit". An email with instructions on how to set new password will be sent to the supplied email address.

Authentication Failed
An error (Authentication failed. Please check your login name/password.) will occur if the password or login name has been entered in wrongly. Check that the login name used is correct and re-enter the password and select Login.

Important The account is blocked if it is entered in wrongly 3 times. If your account is block, click the "Forgot Password" button and follow the instruction to reset your password.

Expired Password
All passwords have an expiry date of 3 months. Once the 3 month period has been reached, SORSE will indicate that a new password is required. Follow the prompts on the screen to set your new password.
